Privacy Policy
STRAT Studios, operated by Julij Rape and based in Slovenia, respects your privacy. This page explains what information gets collected through this site, why, and what say you have over it.
What gets collected
Three sources: the contact form and email signup on this site (name and email address, plus anything you write in a message), scheduling a call through Calendly (name, email, and the time you pick), and basic, anonymized site analytics that come with hosting on Framer.
How it’s used
Strictly to respond to your message, schedule and hold a call, and deliver whatever project you’ve hired STRAT Studios for. Site analytics are used in aggregate to understand what’s working on the site, not to track you individually. Nothing collected here is sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Third parties
Two tools handle data on STRAT Studios’ behalf: Calendly, for scheduling calls, and Framer, which hosts this site and its forms. Both process data under their own privacy policies, worth a read if you want the full technical detail.
How long it’s kept
Contact and project information is kept for as long as it’s relevant to the business relationship, plus whatever period Slovenian tax and accounting law requires records to be retained. After that, it’s deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask to see what’s held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email julijrape@stratstudios.co and it’ll be handled directly, no ticket system, no runaround.
Cookies
This site uses only the minimal cookies Framer’s hosting and Calendly’s scheduling widget need to function, no third-party ad tracking.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update will be posted here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you’re fine with the new version.
